KOGANEI manufacturers the World’s smallest, pneumatic, direct acting solenoid valve, the 005 series. Today, we announce a new, HIGH FLOW 005HE1 series provides a flow rate of 0.011Cv
What does this mean? For engineers that use valves for their devices and machines, now can reduce the total size in almost half because the 005HE1 is almost 50% smaller than 10mm valves they are using while still providing the same flow rate in their application.

New release of side load resistant shock absorber KSHY series
KOGANEI continues to grow more popular as a supplier of shock absorbers with the announcement of our new SIDE LOAD RESISTANT KSHY SERIES!!!
Shock absorbers, are a component to help improve the life of cylinders while also providing cushioning in manufacturing processes that use cylinders. Just like pneumatic actuators however, side loading (pitch, yaw and roll torque moments) deteriorate the performance of shock absorbers over time.
That is until KOGANEI listened to the customers to develop a solution for applications where side loading happens. NOTE: The KOGANEI KSHY SERIES is a shock absorber with side load resistance ….Other shock manufacturers solution to side loading is a required purchase of accessories, such as a load eccentricity adapter. This unfortunately is added costs AND increases the overall mounting space required. With the KSHY Series….We accomplish both protection to side loading AND reduce mounting space required!!!
The KSHY series lineup consists of 7 thread sizes from M6 to M20. Compliant with H1 grade food equipment specification. New models release of media isolation valve PVR20 series
KOGANEI expands the PVR isolation rocker valve series! The PVR20 is a 2.0mm orifice with a dead volume spec of less than 60 microliters. The big excitement in this addition is the overall physical size relative to its flow rate. Many medical customers are excited as this valve enables a overall reduction of footprint on acrylic manifolds that use these types of valves. Metal free, the PVR has substantial corrosion resistance. Current seals available are EPDM while the base material is PEEK. Power options include 24VDC and 12VDC with both coils providing a holding current of only 1 watt.

New models release of pulse blow unit PAU-30, high flow model
New pulse blow accessory that is compatible with most air gun manufacturers, the PAU-30 was designed with the purpose of reducing overall air consumption from compressed air guns. A reduction of 50% air consumption is possible. The unit is very lightweight (105grams). Made from aluminum, this pulse blow unit can help lower manufacturing costs associated with compressed air gun use while improving the velocity of output from the gun nozzle, ensuring easy dust removal.
